The Four Pillars Program in Bilijk is part of a national initiative supporting culture, heritage, and community well-being through a landmark class action settlement related to the harms caused by residential schools. Coordinated locally, the program helps ensure that Bilijk community members benefit from the $2.8 billion settlement secured by 325 Band Class members who joined together in a successful legal action against the Government of Canada.
